UNCW Communication Studies Societies' 8th Annual Rock for a Cure will take place on Friday, October 17th at 6pm on the rooftop of the Reel Cafe.  This benefit concert will feature live music from Perry James Deluke and The Schoolboys.  The event also will have a silent auction and a raffle.  Admission is only $5 and all proceeds benefit the New Hanover County Regional Medical Center's Pink Ribbon Project.  This organization provides free mammography screenings and diagnostics for women battling breast cancer.
